Any additional RFIs need to be submitted to the CS and CO not later than 19 August 2025 by 2:00pm CT. Content of leter: 1. This letter is for the withdrawal of the request for price bid and to revert back into Step-One. 2. Reverting back into Step-One is being conducted due to several offerors have apprehensions that there are additional questions/concerns that need to be addressed as request for information (RFI) and are needed before continuing with Step-Two and providing price bids. 3.
