Summer Woods Community Development District (the District) hereby requests proposals to provide services relating to the exterior landscaping & irrigation maintenance for Summer Woods Community Development District, all as more specifically set forth in the Project Manual. Question Deadline 05/04/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Any and all questions relative to this project shall be directed in writing, by e-mail only, to John Fowler at jfowler@rizzetta.com . Answers will be provided to all eligible proposers by 4:00 p.m. (EST), May 5, 2025. The District has the right to reject any, and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the District to do so. Any person who wishes to protest the Project Manual, or any component thereof, shall file with the District a written notice of protest within seventy-two (72) calendar hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays) after the Project Manual is made available, and shall file a formal written protest with the District within seven (7) calendar days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays) after the date of timely filing the initial notice of protest. Filing will be perfected and deemed to have occurred upon receipt by the District Manager, Rizzetta and Company, Inc., 3434 Colwell Avenue, Ste. 200, Tampa, FL 33614. Failure to timely file a notice of protest or failure to timely file a formal written protest shall constitute a waiver of any right to object to or protest the contents of the Districts Project Manual. The formal written protest shall state with particularity the facts and law upon which the protest is based. Doc Notes: Each Project Manual will include, but not be limited to, the Request for Proposals, proposal, contract documents, project scope, technical specifications, and site plan.
