Deadline for RFP Questions April 25, 2025 at Noon Parking & Transportation Services (PTS) conducts a major summer repair project to address structural maintenance and safety issues in multiple structured facilities. This facility restoration project is developed through information gathered during a structural inspection of all PTS facilities conducted by an engineering firm the previous fall. This RFP is to identify a general scope of Work for the yearly project and establish the construction contractor to perform the Work items slated for repair. The Work includes the following items at the Parking Facilities listed below 1. Concrete repair. 2. Sealant replacement. 3. Polyurethane deck-coating 4. Supplemental Steel supports. 5. Construction Services for concrete repair and waterproofing work on various University parking facilities located throughout the Twin Cities campus.
