The undersigned agrees, if the bid is accepted, to furnish any and all items upon which prices are offered, at the price(s) and upon the terms and conditions contained in the specifications. The period of acceptance of this bid will be 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids/proposals for Well Calibration. RENEWALS: This Contract may be renewed for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions by mutual agreement of the parties. Renewals shall be in writing and signed by Director Purchasing or designee, without further action by the San Antonio Water System Board of Trustees, subject to and contingent upon appropriation of funding. SCOPE OF SERVICES 1. Quarterly Calibrations Services as specified for Injection & Pump Station #1 Scope of work: Visual inspection and calibration of instruments. Must provide Calibration Certification Documentation. The inspection dates for Injection & Pump Station #1: March, June, September and December. 2. Quarterly Calibrations Services as specified for Injection & Pump Station #2 Scope of work: Visual inspection and calibration of instruments. Must provide Calibration Certification Documentation. The inspection dates for Injection & Pump Station #2: January, April, July and October.
