SUNY Plattsburgh is soliciting a Request for Qualifications for design services for Add/Upgrade Cooling in Various Telecommuting Rooms - Hudson, Macdonough & Beaumont Halls. See attached documents for details. The State University of New York at Plattsburgh is seeking a consulting firm to provide services for the completion of Recommendations 7 & 8 of the College's most recent Information Technology Master Plan. SUNY Plattsburgh is located at 101 Broad Street Plattsburgh, NY 12901. The project scope will be to add/upgrade cooling systems to several ITS Equipment Rooms across campus. Award of Design Contract: June-July 2026 Design: August 2025-February 2026 Construction: June 2026-October 2026 Contract term: 5 years Fee shall be negotiated with the most qualified consultant. No cost proposals are to be submitted with the qualifications. Cost proposals will be requested only after a consultant selection is made. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
