Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The proposed Work includes the construction of a roundabout with the supply and installation of approximately 400 metres of various sizes of storm sewer, 350 metres of concrete encased electrical conduit, light bases, and includes roadway granulars, roadway reinstatement, asphalt concrete, concrete curbs, concrete median, multi-use trail, pedestrian fencing, guiderails, landscaping and all related appurtenances. Deadline to Submit Questions: May 07, 2025 Any questions concerning the RFP Documents are to be directed, in writing, to the Procurement Officer. Proponents shall submit all questions prior to the tentative deadline to submit questions set out under the Proposal schedule in Section 6.0. The City encourages Proponents to submit their questions as early as possible. All questions are to be submitted via e-mail to the attention of the Procurement Officer using the Question and Answer Template attached to these Instructions to Proponents
