Each tender must propose a lump sum price, including all expenses related to the work, including but not limited to: o Selective demolition of existing asphalt shingles o Demolition of damaged plywood (provide 1/4 of the area for tender) o Disposal of waste according to the current regulations of the Northern Village of Kuujjuaq o Replacement of the sealing membrane and media filter o Complete the asphalt shingles of the roof according to the rules of art o Rework all necessary flashings, fasteners and fabricated metals o Install a permanent anchor for added security Description of buildings: o Semi-detached houses o Ventilated roof, 2 slopes o Roof area per house: 225 m2 (approximate) The Board undertakes to provide the following materials: o Shingles and ridge shingles o Plywood o Sealing membrane, o Media filters o Maximum type roof aerators o Adhesives o Flashing, fabricated metals, roofing nails, and any other necessary fasteners o Any other material needed to replace roofs.
