Renovation of a stadium in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Renovation of the St-Timothée arena of the City. The scope of work includes: - Complete renovation and related work of the arena players' rooms, washrooms and main lobby. - Update of plumbing, ventilation, heating and electrical systems in all these areas. - Installation of reflective sheeting over the rink. TIMELINE: Following several postponements and numerous questions, the owner has decided to cancel the call for tenders issued with reference data 2025-20/20064924 by an addendum issued before the tender closure date and proceeded to additional assessments for the project scope finalization. The owner is carefully reviewing the estimate, conducting additional studies, and expects to issue a new tender for this project construction in late 2025/early 2026.
