All work will be performed on an hourly basis, upon request, and supervised by the managers of the Physical Resources and Community Buildings Branch. Requests for performance will be awarded to the contractor who has submitted the lowest price. The contractor shall in particular: Provide sufficient and skilled labour; Provide personal protective equipment that meets current regulatory requirements; Provide the appropriate tools and equipment for the work requested by the Centre de services scolaires des Trois-Lacs, when required; Provide an estimate of the minor work costs for each construction work requested; Provide materials required by the Centre de services scolaires des Trois-Lacs to complete construction work in which the contractor is involved; Provide services for all buildings of the Centre de services scolaires des Trois-Lacs. The contract is for three (3) years, from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2028.
