TIMELINE: Contract for architectural services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance has been awarded following request for proposals # DR25-PUB-018. Reference number: 20065479. Contract for engineering services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance has been awarded following request for proposals # DR25-PUB-017. Reference number: 20065379. 70% of design and cost estimation is to be delivered by October 31, 2025. Working drawings are to be completed by December 19, 2025. Tender for general contractor is anticipated in March, with award in place in early May, 2026. Further update in late 2025.
