**As of June 4,2025 the project was awarded to Russel Standard , with an awarded amount of $ 123 666. 47.** Seal Coat Contract Furnish and place approximately 75,869 SY Asphalt Seal Coat. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
