Summary of Work: The summary of work identified below shall be executed in conjunction with the detail sheet D-CP001019-01 provided for a complete scope of work and may be subject to change. Road A: Kamloops Av form Dorothea Dr (west) to 70m South of Revelstoke Dr (Approximate Length - 430m) Kamloops Av from Dorothea Dr (west) (Sta 0+000) to 70m South of Revelstoke Dr (Sta 0+510). The speed limit is 60 km/h. Kamloops Av is not a City Bus Route, is not a truck route and is not identified as part of the Ottawa Cycling Plan Network. Accommodation or detouring must be maintained and identified in the Traffic Management Plan General Scope of work: Resurface Kamloops Ave using full depth asphalt removal and pave strategy. Adjust Iron (including interim adjustments) Reinstate Pavement markings. Project Limits East limit: Revelstoke Dr. Tie into the paving joint approx. 70 m south of Revelstoke Dr. intersection West limit: Dorothea Dr (west). Tie into the paving joint. The successful Tenderer shall Complete the Work as defined in GC1.06 by Friday, the 03rd day of October, 2025 and this shall be the second date used for the calculation of Liquidated Damages as per TC-18 Subsection 1. At the time of tendering, the Tenderer shall submit, with its Tender, a deposit in the form of an electronic bid bond from the Tenderer's surety in favour of the City of Ottawa. The amount of the Tender deposit shall equal at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Tender Price.
