Zone 1: Highlands Area The Zone 2 project area generally includes the area bounded by O'Malley Drive and Delphinium Drive, between 15th Street W. and Azalea Lane. The work in Zone 1 includes about 8,400 linear feet of 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch sanitary sewer main (both open cut replacement and CIPP lining the existing sewer main), manholes, service reconnections, and associated work. Zone 2: Southside Area The Zone 2 project area generally includes the area bounded by S. 36th Street and S. 26th Street between 5th Avenue S. and 7th Avenue S. The work in Zone 1 includes about 4,100 linear feet of 15-inch, 18-inch, and 21-inch sanitary sewer main (CIPP lining the existing sewer main), manholes, service reconnections, and associated work. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the "City of Billings, MT" in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Bids submitted via email shall have the bid bond scanned and included with the bid. Bids submitted via mail or hand delivered shall have any of the bid securities included.
