REBID - Parking Lot Sealing and Striping - Cattaraugus County Office Building, Olean, NY 14760 Clean, seal with asphalt pavement sealer system and re-stripe the parking lots surrounding the Cattaraugus County Building located at 1 Leo Moss Drive, Olean. All bids must be accompanied by a NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATE and Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid total. All substitutions are to be submitted at time of bid as per the contract documents. No substitutions will be considered after the bid date. Any bid submitted without such certification and bid bond will not be accepted. Any bid not meeting ALL specifications will not be considered. Proposals shall be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. It shall be made payable to Treasurer, Cattaraugus County. All work is to be completed no later than September 30, 2025 Cattaraugus County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible bid. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor of every kind required to complete the Parking Lot Sealing and Striping Project as described, and perform all other incidental work in the most substantial and workmanlike manner, and do everything required by the Contract Documents as defined herein. A general scope of work is given on page D-5 to D-6. The total bid price shall be the sum of all materials, installation and labor costs as defined herein. Each unit bid price shall be entered both in words and numerically in the spaces provided. In the event of a discrepancy the words will be used for tabulation purposes.
