Burke Construction Group, Inc., an equal opportunity employer, pursuant to NRS 338.16991, in its capacity as Construction Manager at Risk, is requesting properly licensed subcontractors, suppliers, material, and equipment vendors submit statements of qualifications to be prequalified to bid the DRC Building Replacements. The Construction Manager at Risk will return unopened a proposal received from a subcontractor who has not been qualified. Small, local, diverse, and disadvantaged subcontractors, suppliers, material, and equipment vendors are encouraged to participate in this qualification process, including MBE, WBE, DEB, VOSB, SDVOSB, SDBE, UDBE, SMBE, and HUBZone. Burke Construction Group has elected to use the Nevada State Public Works Division's List of Qualified Bidders. Firms appearing on the NSPWD's List of Qualified Bidders whose qualification expires after June 23, 2025, are deemed qualified for the license classifications and to the limits listed within the List of Qualified Bidders.
