In general, this work consists of: Installation of 4-inch blue C-900 and ductile iron water line, including fittings, wet connections, valves and control of ground and surface water. Additional work includes installation of a 4-inch meter with concrete vault and a 4-inch motor operated valve (MOV) including concrete vault with drain line per the detail. Removal of a section of the existing water line, as needed, to facilitate the proper installation and completion of the proposed work. Installation of 6-inch drain line, including all depths, materials, fittings, joints, control of ground and surface water, and all related appurtenances. Installation of 8-inch ductile iron reclaimed water line, including fittings, wet connections, valves and control of ground and surface water. Installation of 12-inch purple C-900 reclaimed water line, including fittings, valves, wet connections, and control of ground and surface water. Additional work includes tie-in proposed reclaimed water line to existing 12-inch reclaimed water line. Installation of a 15,500-gallon vertical polyethylene ground storage tank (GST) including tank support system, hot-dip galvanized access ladder with cage, pipe supports, and a concrete foundation. Contractor shall provide shop drawings for the GST and tank supports, sign and sealed by a professional Engineer currently registered in the state of Texas prior to installation. Installation of a new fully operational electrical system, including instrumentation, controls, conduits, GST probes and floats, terminal boxes, and receptacles. Additional work include controller programming and HMI programming as described in plans and specifications and modifications to the existing panelboard circuitry as necessary. Site restoration of disturbed areas includes replacing damaged sidewalks, ramps, driveways, pavement, turf, plants, shrubs, trees, utility lines, fences, and gates.
