**As of July 21, 2025, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** MHMR is soliciting qualified, licensed HVAC contractors to submit bids for providing various services on an "as needed" basis. The Agency is seeking a standard hourly rate and overtime hourly rate, for each skilled position in maintenance & installation, from an established contractor with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC work. Question Deadline 04/30/2025 at 12:00 PM CT MHMR Will respond by May 7, 2025. In the event the total contract amount exceeds $100,000, the Contractor shall be required to execute a performance bond in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the total contract price; if the total contract amount exceeds $50,000 the contractor shall be required to execute a payment bond in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the total contact price Attorneys-in-fact who sign bid bonds or contract bonds must file with each bond a certified and current copy of their power of attorney
