Site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,210-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Lakehead University invites Proposals to complete CDVMP Project 2, adjacent to the Bora Laskin building on the Lakehead University Campus at 955 Oliver Road, Thunder Bay, for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with Contract Documents. Project 2 consists of the construction of an Animal Education Facility and a Feed/Bedding Storage Building, and associated site works as well as minor mechanical and electrical work within the basement of the Bora Laskin building. The intent of this project is to construct a new stand-alone 1,200 m2 Animal Education Facility building and a new stand-alone 300 m2 Feed/Bedding Storage Building on existing undeveloped site, plus associated site works and minor renovation in mechanical/electrical basement of existing Bora Laskin building.
