**As of June 12, 2025, the project was awarded to Champagne & Marx Excavating Inc., with an awarded amount of $4,162,527.65.** Reference Number 0000384114 Project consists of 21,000 square yards of HMA road replacement, 3,400 feet of new curb and gutter, 4.600 square feet of new sidewalk, 350 feet of storm sewer replacement, 1,300 feet of replacement watermain, valves, hydrant, and service connection replacements, 3,000 feet of sanitary sewer and service connection replacements. Bids shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name and the name of the bidder. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
