Hilliard Blvd Asphalt Resurfacing & City Parking Lots A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the City of Westlake in the sum of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder or bidders will be required to furnish a Performance and Labor and Material Bond each in the sum not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total price bid for the completed work. The City also reserves its right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities and informalities of the bid requirements.
