AllWays Community Health Center will accept sealed bids for an interior renovation of an existing building until May 13, 2025, at 2:00pm Central Time. Bids shall be submitted to Ellison-Auxier Architects; 924 Francis, St. Joseph, MO 64501 where they will be publicly opened and read. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 29, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the project site, 516 Commercial Street, Atchison, KS 66002. Plans and specifications will be available on April 23, 2025, and can be purchased at Drexel Technologies, 10840 W 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214: 888-202-1301. Digital copies of plans and specifications will be available at https://planroom.drexeltech.com/View/Default.aspx. A 5% bid bond in the amount of your bid is a requirement payable to AllWays Community Health Clinic. We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
