Air Conditioning Unit Replacements The contractor shall procure and install the HVAC system in accordance with the building plans provided by Golden Empire Transit in Attachment 1. Golden Empire Transit will have the stamped plans and the building permit onsite before the commencement of work. Golden Empire Transit is seeking bid proposals for the purchase and installation of (4) four roof-mounted air conditioning units and (1) multi-zone mini-split unit. The location of the air conditioning unit installations is 2111 Chester Ave, Bakersfield, CA. 93301. The existing air conditioning units were removed during the buildings roof replacement, and new air conditioning curbs and plenum drops were installed in preparation for the installation of the new air conditioning units.
