Mowing Services on Highways. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland ("State") Marlboro Maintenance Facility is currently soliciting bids for the Roadside Hand Mowing around Guardrails, Signs, Grass Islands, and Culverts with Small Mowing Equipment in Prince George's County Maryland. The Routes Consist of MD 373 from Indian Head Highway to Brandywine Road 18.0 AC. From MD 228 to Indian Head Highway to Charles County Line including the Park & Ride 10.0 AC. A total of 28.0 Acres for both roads. Basis of payment for this service shall be included in the costs and job functions of the crew. No Pre-bid Conference will be held for this advertisement. Question Deadline 04/25/2025 at 2:00 PM ET All questions, including concerns regarding any applicable MBE or VSBE participation goals, shall identify in the subject line the Solicitation Number and Title for this IFB and must be submitted in writing via e-mail or online. Small Business Reserve Designation Yes The State reserves the right to reduce or withhold Contract payment in the event the Contractor does not provide all required deliverables within the time frame specified in the Contract or otherwise breaches the terms and conditions of the Contract until such time as the Contractor brings itself into full compliance with the Contract. The State reserves the right to cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all Bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this IFB and to waive or permit the cure of minor irregularities.
