Any explanation desired by bidders must be requested from the Engineer in writing, and if explanation is necessary, a reply will be made in the form of an addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to each bidder who has received a set of Contract Documents. A pre-construction meeting will be held onsite at Fire Station #2 to discuss project phasing and schedule before any work begins. The Contractor shall be given until September 19, 2025 (Final Completion) to complete all work on this project. Final completion is defined as all concrete pavement materials have been completed.
