NYC Health + Hospitals is requiring all vendors and contractors to maintain proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all of their employees who spend time at a NYC Health + Hospitals facility. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is completion of the vaccination series as outlined by the manufacturer. Technical Questions must be submitted in writing by email, no later than five (5) calendar days after the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings to Mclaughc@nychhc.org and Janet.Olivera@nychhc.org. Under Article 15A of The State of New York, the Following M/WBE 31% Goal Applies to this project. The Goal Applies to any Bid Submitted of $500,000 or more.
