The City of Pompano Beach has initiated the Area C Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project to establish a new sanitary sewer collection system for properties within Area C, which is not currently served by an existing sanitary sewer network. The project area, which encompasses approximately 52 acres, is generally bounded by NW 16th Street, Powerline Road, and NW 15th Avenue. It consists of multiple commercial and light industrial properties, many relying on septic systems and private lift stations. The City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the Proposer receives from online. The proposer is solely responsible for obtaining all required documents.
