RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS POSTED APRIL 28, 2025 CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT JULY 1, 2025 The successful Proposer (Consultant) shall provide an independent actuarial estimate of loss and allocated loss adjustment expense, as of fiscal year end 2025 (June 30, 2025) and subsequent years of the Agreement for the following self-insured insurance pools: o Pool A: Aviation (Airport Operators Liability) aggregate retention or deductible o Pool B: Port and Stevedore Liability deductibles o Pool D: Wrongful Act Liability claims and related legal costs o Pool G: General Reserves for uninsured losses o Pool ILA: Longshore Workers' Compensation losses within the Authority's retentions in a self-insurance program. o Pool P: Property insurance retentions and deductibles o Pool IT: Network Liability retentions and deductibles o Pool O: Workers' Compensation exposures within the Authority's retention under the Authority's Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) for capital and related construction projects. o Pool W: Workers' compensation losses within the Authority's retentions in a legislatively mandated self-insurance program. The Consultant shall provide a forecast of payments related to these liabilities for the upcoming fiscal year. The Consultant may provide a forecast of similar liabilities to be incurred in the upcoming fiscal year. The Consultant may perform related services at the direction of the Authority. The Authority intends to enter into a Service Contract one or more Purchase Order(s) for the Scope of Service The term of the Purchase Order(s) for shall be three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year renewal options to extend. The Authority reserves its rights with regard to earlier termination of the Purchase Order in accordance with the terms therein. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
