DetailsIn 2022 the City completed construction of Marquis Road West from 7 Avenue to 10 Avenue and 10 Avenue West from 28 Street to Marquis Road. There has been an increased interest in development adjacent to 10 Avenue West between 28 Street and Marquis Road and on 28 Street west of 10 Avenue necessitating the detailed design of areas within the 2018 West Hill Master Plan. The City wishes to proceed with the design of the underground and roadway in 2025.with the construction of a potion of underground infrastructure to be completed in the fall of 2025.
