Port Austin Four Season Pavilion Under the opportunity from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) - Grants Administration, Community Development Block Grant Program, the Village of Port Austin is moving forward with the purchase and construction of a Pre-Engineered Pavilion that will house the Farmer's Market during the spring, summer and fall seasons and then will be converted into a covered skating rink and all support spaces required to maintain. The pavilion will be mostly open with a portion enclosed for a small multipurpose room space, locker rooms, administration, support space and restrooms. The new pavilion sits on a site that once housed an existing structure. Slight modifications to site surroundings and parking occur. Site utilities will be re-connected. Site Electrical service will be required to be updated by DTE. R.C. Hendrick & Son, Inc. is the Construction Manager and/or Owner's Representative on this Project.
