The contract is as follows: HOUSTON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT RUNWAY LIGHTING & PAPI IMPROVEMENTS, AIP PROJECT NO. 3-28-0034-024-2025 & AIG PROJECT NO. 3-28-0034-025-2025 The Project consists of replacing existing 4,400' runway MIRL Lighting with new LED MIRL Lighting including new wire, constant current regulator and appurtenances. Replace existing 2-box Precision Approach Path Indicators (PAPI) on both runway ends with new LED PAPI systems, including new wire, controller and appurtenances. The following Federal Provisions are referenced and will be incorporated within the contract. Bidders may opt to purchase Contract Documents online at www.cceplanroom.com. All payments for Bid Documents are non-refundable and shall be made payable to Plan House Printing and Graphics, 607 West Main Street, Tupelo, MS 38804. Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom contract documents have been issued by Plan House Printing, on behalf of the Engineer, and whose name appears on the official list of Planholders maintained by Plan House Printing. Each bidder must deposit with this bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. For Bidders submitting bids electronically, the bond submitted must be either a bond issued by the Surety in electronic format or the original hard copy of the bid bond must be submitted to the CITY OF HOUSTON, LOCATED AT 120 EAST MADISON ST., HOUSTON, MS 38851. Bids must be submitted on the standard form of bid proposal, and the successful bidder will be required to execute the standard form of Contract Agreement, together with a 100% Performance Bond and Payment Bond, within ten (10) days after formal award of the contract. Bids may be held by the County for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bid and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
