Demolition and site work for a residential development in East Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
As of June 4, 2025, project was awarded to JIMAX Demolition Corporation but awarded amount is not available. The City of East Peoria, Department of Buildings & Inspections will accept sealed bids for Demolition Services for Residential Buildings owned by the City of East Peoria in accordance with the specifications and contract documents beginning July, 2025. The City of East Peoria reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Please contact Building and Inspection Department with any questions (309) 698-4717. Contracts shall be for the one-year period starting July 1, 2025 Demolition bonds shall be in the penal sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) and shall otherwise be in compliance with Section 4-4-3 of the City Code.
