Renovation of a mixed-use development in Margate, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; fire / police facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Furnish and Install (6) HVAC Systems PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All technical questions relative to the Work shall be directed to: Mr. Glen Mammel 102 Rock Island Road Margate, FL 33063 954-972-8126 purchase@margatefl.com for a completed project to provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation and permits, to Furnish and Install (6) HVAC Systems for the City of Margate. Project Locations are: (1) Police Dept., City Hall, (2) Northwest Focal Point Senior Center, and (3) Margate Sports Complex. All bid prices shall include all necessary costs for mobilization/demobilization, labor (including supervision and any sub-vendors), vendor/sub-vendor time, parts, equipment and materials for a 100% turn-key project from permitting through completion and submission of a written 1-year (labor, parts and material) warranty from the Contractor and the standard warranty from the Manufacturer. All new units shall be installed on the same footprint as they exist as no adjustment to the pad is envisioned. The new units must be able to be installed on the existing concrete pad where the existing unit. The curb sizes are not expected to be replaced but the curb adapters need to be replaced
