Souris Valley Golf Course Clubhouse Re-roofing P11550-2025-002 The Project is a Single Prime Bid Which Includes but is Not Limited to The Following Highlights of Work: Contract No. 1 - Souris Valley Golf Course (Svgc) Clubhouse Roof Replacement to Remove Original Wood Shakes and Replace With Architectural Metal Roofing, to Be Completed in Accordance With the Contractors Bid but No Later Than November 01, 2026; Including: O General Project Management, Meetings, Schedule Control, and Project Reporting. O Two Year Warranty Period, and Liquidated Damages for Non-compliance With Schedules. O Work Stoppage Dates Throughout the Project to Allow Continuance of Many Annually Scheduled Golf Events. Bids Are Requested for the Following Contract: Single Prime Contract Owner Anticipates That the Project's Total Bid Price Will Be Approximately $320,000 for Contract 1. The Project Must Be Complete No Later Than November 01, 2026.
