Demolition, site work and addition to a residential development in Frankfort, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a residential development; and for the demolition of a residential development.
Benzie County is inviting qualified firms and/or contractors and their teams (herein referred to as Firm) to submit a bid for consideration to provide construction project management and related functions for the purpose of designing and building an effective housing space for Benzie County EMS station 3 in the City of Frankfort. The current footprint may be expanded upon from its current 550 square foot footprint. The goal is to provide Benzie County EMS with the infrastructure to house and provide a safe space for conducting its business twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The County Administrator is the owner’s representative and point of contact for the County. To ensure consistency in this selection process, Benzie County EMS staff are also part of this process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
