Sealed bids for the project consisting of removal and replacing of doors and windows at the existing Black Partridge school building will be received. The Bid Packages Included: BP 01- Aluminum Windows & Doors, and Metal Window Panels BP 02-Hollow Metal Doors, Frames, & Hardware BP 03- Carpentry BP 04- Painting Bidders must submit all questions in writing to Chris Tyra atchris@midconpro.com or Lacey Scholl at laceyscholl@midconpro.com. Replies will be issued to all bidders in the form of an Addendum. All bids must be accompanied with bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or a cashier's check made payable to Woodford County Special Education in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The bidder shall, provide a Payment and Performance Bond, with a Surety to be approved by the district, in the amount of 100% of the cost of the contract. The Woodford County Special Education Association reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informalities, errors of irregularity in bids received or in the bidding process, and to accept the bid that the Woodford County Special Education Association deems the most favorable to its interest. The Woodford County Special Education Association will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the criteria as established in the bid documents.
