**As of June 11,2025, the project was awarded to Barbicas Construction Co., with an awarded amount of $265,400.85.** Furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment for the North Ridgeville - Carolyn, Luanne and Monica Drives Resurfacing Project using various materials in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and guidelines. All interested parties are welcome to attend the bid opening to be held immediately following the deadline in the Commissioners' Public Hearing Room located on the fourth floor of the Lorain County Administration Building All contractors involved with this project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of this project. Bidders shall submit a list of consultants, sub-consultants, equipment available and all labor shall be paid not less than the Federal Prevailing wage rate as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor. Should any bid be rejected such instrument will be forthwith returned upon proper execution of a contract.
