The WCA is seeking a qualified entity to provide construction project management services for implementation of a recreational area adjacent to the East Fork of the San Gabriel River above the City of Azusa in the San Gabriel Mountains. Services must be provided by a licensed architect, registered engineer, or licensed general contractor for managing and supervising work performed on the project. Such services will include construction project design review and evaluation, construction mobilization and supervision, bid evaluation, project scheduling, cost- benefit analysis, claims review and negotiation, and general management and administration of a construction project (GC 4525(e), 4529.5). Question Deadline 04/28/2025 at 5:00 PM PT In the opinion of the WCA, this RFP is complete and without need of explanation. However, any and all technical questions should be directed to Salian Garcia, Staff Services Manager II, via email sgarcia@rmc.ca.gov. Other questions related to the agency and project may be directed to Mark Stanley, Executive Officer, at mstanley@wca.ca.gov. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
