The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to demo and/or install controller, concrete piers, metal poles, and light fixtures, both pole and wall mount, at Northwest Park, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. The City of Irving (the "City") is contracting for renovations for the Phase I Lighting Project, which is located in a CDBG-eligible area. The Project will be financed in whole or in part with assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations.
