The Town of Blaine Lake invites experienced land developers/builders interested in creating a single family/multi-family, mixed-use residential land or a seniors assisted living development in Blaine Lake. The Town holds parcels of land serviced with water and sewer mains on Railway Avenue in Blaine Lake and the North-South Road Allowance adjacent to the Blaine Lake Composite School. 1. Railway Avenue The land is situated on Railway Avenue East and West in Blaine Lake and consists of three parcels of land: Land Description Dimensions Parcel 8, Block 38, Plan 96B16625 779' X 71' Parcel 9, Block 38, Plan 96B16625 350' X 71' Parcel 11, Block 38, Plan 96B16625 732 ' X 71' 2. North/South Road Allowance Land Description Dimensions North-South Road Allowance 260' X 350' The land is available for sale with the requirement that the re-development must be substantially completed by December 31, 2026 or mutually agreeable time frame. The Town reserves the right, if the successful Proponent for any reason defaults or fails in any matter or item, to accept any other proposal, advertise for new quotations or carry out the work in any way as the Town may, at its sole discretion, deem best.
