HVAC EQUIPMENT & INSTALLATION FOR PARKER COUNTY DISTRICT COURTS BUILDING Scope:- Parker County seeks a qualified vendor to provide HVAC Equipment & Installation for Parker County District Courts Building, 117 Fort Worth Hwy., Weatherford, TX 76086. Payments will be processed by the County Auditor by invoice after notification of satisfactory receipt of items. Parker County hereby expressly reserves the right to award by unit cost or lump sum basis and to accept or reject any or all bids and waive all formalities and technicalities A. The awarded vendor will be responsible for providing the following services to the County, including, but not limited to, the following areas: Installation of new equipment as specified, including labor, parts, tools, equipment, miscellaneous materials and supervision to facilitate a turn-key project. (4) Four HVAC units to include the following: o (4) - 5 ton split system Comfort Maker (or equivalent) - 410-A Freon o (4) - 5 ton Air Handler - Three Phase o (4) Filter Bases - 2 inch filters o Must have 10KW Heat Installation Requirement o Must replace control wires o Work may have to be done after regular business hours o Units will need to be replaced one at a time. Each unit must be operational prior to starting next unit. o Must have a 24V emergency safety switch on drain lines o Service panels must be accessible o Crane - Rooftop Units o System Flush
