General Contractors to Bid on the Renovations for Thebob Hope Cypress Elementary Campus at 11123 Cypress N. Houston Rd., Houston, Texas, 77065. The Work Will Consist of Renovations of the Elementary Building. Work Shall Include, but is Not Limited to, the Following: Demolition, a New Ceiling Grid, New Light Fixtures, and New Restrooms for the Pre-k Andkinder Classrooms. The Scope Will Include All the Permits, Testing, and Commissioning. Hughen Center/bob Hope School Reserves the Right Toaccept or Reject Any or All Bids,to Waive Any Irregularities and/or Informality, and Generally Make Awards in Any Manner Deemed to Be in the Owner's Best Interest. The Following Criteria Will Be Considered in Evaluating and Determining the Selected Bid: Price, Experience, Quality of Products Offered, Schedule, Reputation and Past Performance of the Contractorand Subcontractors. All Work Shall Be Completed No Later Than August 1, 2026. Attention is Directed to the Fact That Prevailing Wage Rates Are Required as Provided by Law.
