No definite date for the rebid.** The Project generally consists of the rehabilitation of 73 manholes including removal and replacement of 8 manholes, approximately 140 vertical feet of cementitious liner, repairs such as patching, grouting, sealing of pipe seals, replacement of manhole frames and covers, repairs of manholes benches and troughs, and installation of chimney seals together with incidental and ancillary work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Sewer Overflow and Stormwater Reuse Municipal Grant (OSG) Program administered by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission (ANRC) as described in the contract documents. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order 11246, as amended. The requirements for Bidders and Contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. Each Bidder must comply with the requirements, terms, and conditions of the ANRC State Revolving Fund (SRF) program, the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act under the Infrastructure and Jobs Act (IIJA)/Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Labor Standards, Equal Employment Opportunity, and the "Prohibition on certain telecommunication and video surveillance services or equipment provisions" during the performance of this contract. The Bidder commits itself to the requirements for participation contained herein and all other requirements, terms, and conditions of these bid conditions by submitting a properly signed Bid.
