Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Ridgeland, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Port Royal Island Water Reclamation Facility (PRIWRF) currently has a single Belt Filter Press (BFP) and Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system making it difficult to service these pieces of equipment without interrupting continuous operations. The project will include construction to install a new BFP and UV disinfection system to increase redundancy of operations at the facility. Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner, and shall be for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. All work to be completed within 960 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Tuesday, April 29: Deadline for questions @ 12:00 pm
