Contractor Pre-qualification Proposals for construction of the First Dam 10 MG Tank and Booster Pump Station Proje The work includes construction of a 10 MG post tensioned drinking water storage tank with valve vault/pump station including, but not limited to, excavation, soil nail wall, structural fill, Dewitt Springs Meter Vault and connection to Dewitt Springs Pipeline (By Whitaker Construction), 10 MG tank divided into two 5 MG cells, two emergency overflow boxes, two 150 HP vertical turbine pumps with pump cans, valve vault and pump station piping, plunger valve, connection to 14-inch diameter Cliffside Pipeline (By Whitaker Construction), connection to 42-inch diameter HDPE drain pipe (By Whitaker Construction), CMU valve vault/pump station structure with standing seam metal roofing, roof access hatches, geofoam blocks, backfill of tank and valve vault/pump station, electrical and controls, backup diesel generator, HVAC, security cameras, site fencing, site and access road grading and paving, and site restoration.The 42-inch diameter and 36-inch diameter fabricated steel piping will be provided Whitaker Construction and installed by the tank contractor.
