Renovation of an educational facility in Frankenmuth, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Frankenmuth School District is soliciting sealed bids for the removal and installation of a 50 mil Duro-Last Pre-Fab Single Ply Roofing System or DXL Roof Membrane (or like product) to all roof areas and insulation as specified by area. Frankenmuth School District has chosen Duro-Last Roofing, Inc. as the approved roofing system for bid. All like products must be approved prior to bid. For questions - or to schedule a campus visit contact Philip Martin (pmartin@muthschools.com) bids should be guaranteed for 90 days from the date of the bid opening. A 5% bid bond will be required before any bid is read aloud 100% performance, labor and material bid will be required. Frankenmuth School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received and to waive omissions, irregularities, or clerical errors not effecting compliance with the bid specifications. Frankenmuth School District is a tax-exempt organization and is not subject to State or Federal taxes.
