Town of Merrimac, Sauk County, that it will receive sealed bid proposals for chip sealing Contact Steve Peetz, Road Commissioner, at (608) 617-1475 for locations and additional information. Scope of Work to be Performed: 1. Road work will be performed on portions of Marsh Rd, Goette Rd, Halweg Rd, Inspiration Dr, Inspiration Ct and Woodland Ct Obtain detailed measurements and road segments from the Town or its representative. 2. Bid proposals and award of contract shall be based on lump sum bid, but shall include standard quantity rate prices as indicated in this document. Standard quantities shall be used as the basis for total contract if additions or reductions are made to project. 3. The Town of Merrimac reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to add or remove portions of this project for budgeting or other purposes that are in the financial or other best interest of the Town.
