Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for the construction of a 12,000-square-foot transportation facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

**The plans and specifications from the previous bid will be reused for the current bid.** This project can generally be described as the partial construction of a taxilane, provide sites for additional hangar sites, the construction of parking areas for the proposed and future hangars, the installation of a stormwater drainage system, and a stormwater control system. Bid Security equal to 5% of the total of the Base Bid and Bid Additives is required in the form of a cash deposit or a Bid Bond. Contract Security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. The MBE and WBE goals for this project are 3% MBE participation and 3% WBE participation, or 6% for MBE and WBE participation combined.
