Seward County School District 80-0005, commonly known as Milford Public Schools (the "School District"), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for a roofing replacement construction at the School District's Jr/Sr High School. The project location is Milford Jr/Sr High School, 301 G St., Milford, NE 68405. The project site will be available for on-site work to commence on or about May 14, 2025. Bidders are requested to submit a proposed date of substantial completion, which date must be no later than October 1, 2025. Bids must be made on the bid form contained in the Bidding Documents The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. The winning bid shall be announced by the Board of Education at its meeting to be held on or about May 12, 2025, or at such other meeting determined by the Board. Question Deadline 05/01/2025 Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents must be submitted by the Bidder in writing to Architect Tim Ripp, AIA, at tim.ripp@clarkenersen.com, and shall be received by the Architect at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. All questions, inquiries, or requests for clarification or site inspection should be submitted in writing to Tim Ripp, AIA, at tim.ripp@clarkenersen.com. The School District may make such investigations as it deems necessary to determine the ability of the Bidder to perform the work, and the Bidder shall furnish to the School District all such information and data for this purpose as the School District may request. The School District reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the School District that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the plans or specifications and to complete the work contemplated therein.
