A materials-only NTP will be issued for materials procurement as needed to allow for manufacturing. 2) Construction is estimated to commence in the Spring 2026. All reference to consecutive working days apply to construction time. The City of Scottsdale invites sealed submittals to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to provide construction services for public improvements for the Scottsdale Aircraft and Vehicle Gate Improvements Project. The work includes but is not limited to, replacement of gate operators and surface accessible flexible conduit, replacement of 50' and 65' gate panels, modifications to existing gate v-track as specified in the Project Specifications and Plans. Questions Due Date: Jun 23rd 2025, 2:00 PM MST A Pre-Bid Conference will be held beginning at 8:00AM, June 13, 2025 at the Scottsdale Airport located at the Aviation Business Center, 2nd Floor, at 15000 N.
