Renovation of a mixed-use development in Choctaw, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is issued by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians (MBCI), Choctaw Tribal Schools (CTS) for the purpose of soliciting proposals from qualified vendors that sell, install, terminate and test the fiber, hardware, data drops as specified within this RFP. The successful Vendor is expected to provide the specified equipment and related services to support CTS in provisioning scalable, high-performance network to maximize the potential of these education facilities while minimizing the cost to CTS. CTS staff will be available for this site visit on date and time stated in the Timeline Table on page 3. The site visit will be held at the Yates Construction onsite construction trailer, Choctaw, MS 39350. Yates Construction is the construction manager for this project. 11 x 17 copies of the campus/building floor plans will be provided at the site visit The Cable Drop by Location Table will be provided at the site visit. This shows each type/drop and location of drops in each building/room. Question Deadline 05/13/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Should be emailed to Adam Morrison at adam.morrison@choctaw.org. The subject line of this email should read: VENDOR QUESTIONS TO RFP NO. FY2025 Cable Plant. Responses to the questions received will be emailed to all vendors that have appropriately submitted a Verification of Receipt and completed the site visit. The final response to the questions received will be emailed no later than the date and time stated in the Timeline table on page 3.
